Gary Harrison and Paul Richardson have been promoted to Associate Director, while David Willmott and Andrea Carraro have been promoted to Design Principal.

Gary, who joined Ideaworks in 2001, and Paul, who joined in 2007, have spent many years leading complex projects at the highest level, supporting clients, and working closely with design and construction teams worldwide. Their promotion to Associate Director reflects the leadership, technical expertise, and trusted guidance they bring to every project.

David and Andrea have each built their careers through hands-on involvement in the design and delivery of complex projects, developing strong relationships with clients, consultants, and project teams along the way.

Their promotion to Design Principal recognises both their technical expertise and the important role they play in shaping project outcomes. As trusted members of the Ideaworks team, they will continue to help deliver the thoughtful, considered design solutions our clients have come to expect.
