Most SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder) lights deliver between 2,500 and 10,000 lux at close range. Sunday Light produces 10,000 lux at 60cm, and over 34,500 lumens of total output. That’s more than 50 times the output of typical light therapy devices. The result is not just visibility, but vitality.
Fundamentally, just 30 minutes of exposure to the Sunday Light provides the recommended daily dose of bright light, helping to regulate mood, focus, and sleep-wake cycles.
